In 2019 Heather created a commissioned artwork for the Huntington Medical Research Institutes Ingeman family auditorium in Pasadena titled “Heart Brain Connection.” At the same time another large scale work of hers was purchased and installed in the third floor atrium.

In September 2020 during the pandemic, CEO, Dr. Julia Bradsher invited Heather to discuss the “Heart Brain Connection” with her audience in a happy hour, zoom chat, titled “The Art of Science.”

Once again in 2021, HMRI approached Heather to showcase her latest body of work in the Ingeman family auditorium and lobby during their 70th anniversary celebration December 3, 2022.

After a four month exhibition of Heathers work, HMRI is hosting a closing reception exhibition cocktail party of Heather’s work on March 23, 2023.
